What Do The Results Look Like?
Expect the demonstrated training and nutrition advice to shape your body to resemble more a sprinter than a marathon runner. The goal is not only to look like an athlete by training like one, but also to expend energy in order to generate new energy. Training outdoors will provide an extra dose of sunlight and oxygen, and most importantly: the real taste of freedom. Upgrade your lifestyle today.
Meet Your Trainer

Eric Snaell is not a personal trainer, he's a banker. Banking is far from a sport related profession. If you work in the police force or in the fitness industry, it would actually be a surprise if you would not be fit. But managing any nine-to-five desk job and a family life can make it difficult to stay in shape. Eric Snaell has never competed in the Olympics and has never broken a national record in any sport. But he has found the training methods and nutrition tricks to motivate himself and others to stay fit for life.
The Outdoor Edition includes Eric Snaell's signature exercises to improve your posture to ensure you look good in suit.
Why Explosive Mode Works
Explosive Mode speed and strength training engages fast twitch muscle fibers that are traditionally overlooked in regular fitness training. But fast twitch muscle fibers are more prone to muscle growth than slow twitch muscle fibers (ref 1). Furthermore, explosive training is proven to be beneficial even for endurance athletes (ref 2). So everyone can benefit from mixing in explosive exercises in their training. Not only does it bring variety to the training, but it's also a lot of fun.
